Ned Grant

After attending Dartmouth College, Ned returned to Denver and joined the Arlberg Club where he was elected to the board of Governors. He later became the second president, succeeding Graeme McGowan. With the help of Thor Groswold, he formed the Groswold Ski Company and soon, the company was manufacturing 10,000 pairs of skis annually. With his help, the company provided skis as well as snowshoes to the 10th Mountain Division during World War II.
