2025 Hall of Fame Nomination Application

For nominees to be considered for the next Hall of Fame Election (2025), all nominee sponsors must submit before February 2025. Please note that nominations for the Class of 2024 have CLOSED. Please submit early for next year.

Sponsor Nomination Letter

Describe why you believe the nominee should be considered for election into the Colorado Snowsports Hall of Fame. The letter must state how they qualify and meet the criteria of one or more of the categories. Note: Nominee must meet the criteria of one or more Hall of Fame categories: Athlete, Sport Builder, Inspiration, or Pioneer. Please visit the link at the top of the page for more details.

Nominee Biography Summary

Biography summary of the Nominee, complete with dates of accomplishments. details highlighting specific achievements and a small background on their story. Please write the biography summary in essay form and use bullet points if needed.

Seconding Nomination Letter #1

Two Seconding Nomination Letters are needed (one-page maximum), written by individuals familiar with the nominee in support of their nomination. Each letter should describe the writer's relationship with the nominee and give three reasons why the nominee should be inducted into the Colorado Snowsports Museum Hall of Fame. Multiple individuals may sign each of the two seconding letters.

Two Seconding Nomination Letters are needed (one-page maximum), written by individuals familiar with the nominee in support of their nomination. Each letter should describe the writer's relationship with the nominee and give three reasons why the nominee should be inducted into the Colorado Snowsports Museum Hall of Fame. Multiple individuals may sign each of the two seconding letters. 

Summary Statement

100 words or less summarizing the Nominee's achievements and accomplishments - this summary will be used for the Hall of Fame Election.
